My husband and I bought an old narrow guage boxcar a year ago from a neighbor in Olathe, Co., who was going to tear it down. This summer the 2 of us jacked it up and moved it to our property where it now rests on a semi bed/converted to haywagon. We want to restore it and plan on starting this Christmas. We would like to talk with someone(s) who has had experience with restoration as we have none. Structure, roof, interior wood are good, exterior is rough.
