Re: K-36 #485 Crash photos

A while back I was looking for photos of this incident and could not find anyone who had them. The only pictures that appeared to be around were the aftermath photos sitting in Salida yard. This is sad to see but very interesting at the same time. It is more evident now to some extent why it was scrapped and not repaired. The amount of damage coupled with the fact that the narrow gauge was "dying" at this time make it clear why this engine was eventually sent over to Pueblo. Thanks for sharing.
