I have put up a page that has all the up-dates concerning the intellectual property issues: copies of letters & other correspondence. As further information becomes available I will post it. There also is a copy of the new amendment.
I think it is important that anybody who manufactures, wholesales or retails any C&TSRR merchandise understands that there are new rules they will have to follow. For all those that care and worry about the railroad and its financial condition, you also should be concerned since the RGRPC has committed to pay the cost of enforcing the new rules worldwide.
