In deference to your father, the county dispute is not related with any projected plan to rebuild the SN through the Cole Ranch property but centers around other issues. County Road 2 is not the old right-of-way, and there is really not much to discuss as this is a court issue. The developer did agree not to develop on the SN right-of-way as part of their plat process but this later action by the county arose over other issues.
