I think the building in question is visible in the photo I've posted below, roughly left of center. The red line represents the SG Line coming Clarkdale, seen crossing the road from Williams/Chino Valley (location of embedded rail in road). The original NG line would have entered the scene from the left side of the photo, but the grade has been obliterated by the aforemetioned pit.
Location is northwest of downtown Jerome.
