D&RGW Grant C-16's Part-3

Some of you mite have noted that 4 Locomotives were missing from Parts 1 & 2 , Well when the D&RG did up their reports for the ICC, that were dated 6-30-19, these 4 loco's were off of the property at the time of the report.
Locomotives 206, 216, & 217 were puttering around the RGS at the time, so here's their story as I have it:
Built by Grant in 1881,(C-16---60) 2-8-0's Used for freight service, Cylinder size-15"x20", Saturated Steam.
Cost new was #206-$9498.00,#216-$9640.00,& #217-$9640.00.
6-30-19 3 units owned by the D&RG RR< Operated by the RGS RR Co.
7-1919 # 206 returned to the D&RG.
9-1919 # 217 returned to the D&RG.
3-1921 # 216 returned to the D&RG.
Another entry states: 3-19-20 "1 returned to owner by RGS Ry." 8-30-20 "2 returned to owner by RGS Ry." These were probability just "accounting dates".
AFE #1622 10-31-24 Apply additional(?) 9 1/2" Air compressor and bracket, 16"x72" air reservoir & brackets and 6 - 1 1/4" Barco joints. Apply1-1 1/2" throttle valve, 1 S.D.. 6- duplex governor & lot pipe and fittings replacing 1-1 1/4" throttle valve, 1 S.D. 5 governor & lot of pipe & fittings.
Locomotive #206--- Cost 4289.64.
AFE #2530 10-1925 Retire Eng. # 217-date last mileage was made:10-1925."Worn out"
AFE #3151 11-1926 Retire Eng. # 216-date last mileage was made-11-1926."Worn out"
AFE #3950 12-1928 Apply cab curtains to loco #206, consisting of building up tender, Hood curtains, storm windows, and replace side curtains. $40.27.
AFE #5681 5-29-36 Retire Eng. #206
Locomotive # 213, built by Grant in 1881, Cost was $9645.00, (C-16---60)This 2-8-0 was used in freight service, weighed 44 tons, had 15"x20" cylinders and used saturated steam.
6-30-19 Was owned by the D&RG RR Co.and was being operated by the Pagosa Lumber Co.
7-1-19 Returned to the D&GR RR Co. by the Pagosa Lumber Co.
AFE #1622 10-31-24 Apply 9 1/2" Air compressor & bracket, 16"x72" air reservoir and brackets, and 6-1 1/4" Barco joints.
Apply 1-1 1/2 ' throttle valve, 1-S.D. 6 duplex governor and lot of pipe and fittings, replacing 1-1 1/4" throttle valve, 1- SD5 governor and lot pipe & fittings. Cost was 289.64.
AFE #2530 12-1925 Retire loco #213.
