Remember this railroad is a bit fragile, and night running isn't high on the priorities in their minds right now
Right on! Also, one of the Super's main concerns is track condition between Osier and Sublette. However that is being worked on, as is the motive power situation, as is the equipment situation as is the... well, it seems to be a pretty long list.
HOWEVER, in a few years, when the track has been ballasted, when there are 5 - 6 engines relyably in service, when there are more than 2 long necked oilers on the property, I would like to think the Super would at least reconsider. This sounds like a really good trip.
