Kevin,
Dollywoods shop area is generally off limits to the public. If you want to see the train shop you need to talk to Scott Ogle, Dirk Chandler, or Mitchell "Red Dog" Bohannon. These guys are the care takers of the engine fleet. I myself work there on weekends during the christmas season as fireman. I would expect the #192 to be running during the time you are going to be visiting. Dollywood rotates the engines every 6 weeks. I think #70 will run till the middle of July.. While your in the area you need to come over and ride Tweetsie. We have the #190 and the ET&WNC #12 sister to WP #10 & #14. Tweetsie is 3 hrs from Dollywood.
