Here are some of my personal observations (in no particular order):
The Volunteers participating- a record number
 The great weather
Seeing wildlife every trip- on both ends of the line
 The CHEERFUL, FRIENDLY Operating Personnel
All the families with children on the train
Having customers thank the Friends for saving the RR
Watching the other train leaving Osier after lunch- it could be 80 years ago
The Parlour car red is weathering nicely. They really make item number 7 look good
The lady who asked me as we were riding up the east side through the Aspen if we had planted them all since they were all the same size
Last- But my favorite!!! Riding up the 4% on a clear, crisp mountain morning behind #489 with heavy load. She was like listening to a symphony!!
If you can, come out and ride the train this year.
