463 and others

Hi,
When restoration was originally proposed (If I recall correctly), 463 was to be a "movie" loco only brought out on special occasions.
463 has been doing a good job at pitching in with the 480's and 497 even though she can haul about 4 cars less from Chama to Cumbres.
I was thinking that the east side with it's 1.42% grade might allow smaller power run regularly on the C&TS for a season or two and make a profit.
There has been much discussion on the yea's and nay's on getting other power to visit (say get CRRM's 318 for two years in exchange for bringing her up to operating condition). If a smaller loco would be based in Antonito (asside from the problems of servicing), would she really be able to operate at a profit on a regular basis Antonito to Osier?
I believe elsewhere in the BBS, it was determined that Eureka just covers costs and no more. Would 169 or 268 or 318 or 346 be able to make a profit?
This of course would mean that turning facilities at Osier be working.
I guess it boils down to what the typical tonnage of a westbound is and what the tonnage charts show for the smaller power.
Thanks
DOug
