Our train had mechanical problems so it was a little over 2 hours late.
Depot open and manned, management on the platform to meet the train.
Customers told me they were kept informed the whole time.
EVERY THING WAS DONE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MIND & was appreciated by the customers.
On a scale of 0 to 50 I score the railroad with 80 1/2
Thanks to all for a big effort.
