I noticed that someone was selling a color slide of a standard gauged K-27 on Ebay. It was allegedly taken in Mexico in 1962. I figure this was probably the 459, rather than 458, as it looks to have outside piston valves, though I suppose the Mexicans may have changed that as well. You might check it out to see what these K-27's looked like after they were standard-gauged. I have absolutely no interest in the sale of this slide-- I just thought some people would like to see how the K-27's were modified. Here is the link:
