Jeff,
Dug out my Reading steam locomotive book
this is the 2nd loco with that # on the Reading 1st being a 4-6-0 that was scraped in 1911.
This loco was built 1903 by BLW and class was a Q1-a rebuilt 1922 in P&R shops came out Q1-c reshoped again in P&R shops in 1924 came out as a Q1-d and was considered a 2-6-4T. Scraped 10-1933
