High Side Gondola 40" high sides #9378

There is a high side gon. # 9378 in Chama unlike no other in that it has only four 10" side boards instead of the typical five 10" boards like all of the others. This gondola is listed in Robert Sloans book 100 plus 10 years of narrow gauge cars but he doesn't mention any difference in the side height.
What I am wondering, is this car a one of a kind or were there others that didn't get the sides raised to 50" when rebuilt? If anyone knows something about this gondola or any others like it please let me know.
