I'm not one of the experts on coach 20, but I beleive I've seen pictures of it along with 21 which appears identical in pictures taken prior to the 1903 date that the SVRy would have gotten the second car you mention. It would be interesting to see a roster of SVRy cars back in the 1890's. I've heard that ICC reports exist back during that time but are expensive to get from the federal archives. Not sure the details on this, but I heard Ron Brinton had made some inquiries. During the recent work on 20 a U&N marking was found over the doors on the inside. One of the folks who worked on the car recently may wish to post something on this.
