The pair I am talking about had D&RG on the journals and Griffin Denver on the wheels. This was on a trip there before 1990 ( I visited EBT three times in the 1980's before my relatives in Harrisburg died).
I also saw the EBT arch bars at the same time (they were used under the first 10 steel hoppers and I searched one out) and there is no mistaking the two as they are different in appearance (the bars are bent differently among other things).
